Through out the staff where very friendly and welcoming. They assisted both me and my husband in picking the perfect wedding suites. We had 3 measurements done but on picking up the finished suites both waist coats where too small and one of the trousers was not pinned up correctly! We only realised this the day before the wedding and had to hem them up. We felt the staff didn't really care when we went back. We had to go to another supplier to get the waistcoat 2 days before the wedding because they wouldn't pick the phone up. Initially I was very happy with the staff but towards the end I was absolutely fuming.

My daughter was dress shopping for her wedding in Senegal in November and I was appalled by the attitude of Susan. My daughter wasn't sure what design of dress she wanted and booked 2 appointments due to being unaware of the time limit for them. On the 2nd appointment, Susan was abrupt and said that in 20 years she had never known a bride who didn't know what style of dress she wanted, that she had found the previous appointment chaotic and she had gone home with a headache. She also said she was there to sell dresses not for my daughter to try different styles. What should have been a special time looking for the perfect dress was spoiled and I would not return there . In contrast, the gentleman selling men's wear was very helpful and we bought shoes & waist coats for 2 of the wedding guests.Thankyou.
