        Great group of ladies all wanting to help each other. Pushed hard by the trainers to work to everyone's personal ability. Lovely atmosphere with friendly faces and absolutely no judgement at all. I am loving it.

        I have been attending the over 50's class for a little while now, I cannot recommend it enough. I feel a lot better for it. Low impact on my joints and helps keep my muscles flexible. Thank you Bret for the excellent advice through out these classes.
