I think there is not enough space to describe my journey with the company. After many delays, booked days when the job supposed to be finish I am in the middle of nothing. It looks like they only like customers money
21.06.22 update - today I spoken with Jonathan and he promised to me that as soon as the last part arrive to the stock the installation will be finished.
Waiting with hope.
14.10.22 update - till today nothing happened and I think this company never finish the job.
I am affraid that they wouldnt even install my car charger which I paid for
I also found that I have installed different inverter than my contract say
Only seek legal advice now.

Lots of flannel and reassuring 'surveying' pre-installation that was convincing in terms of the long term investment - I wasn't expecting a promise to make money, thats not why I did it, but scheme income plus slightly cheaper running costs seemed to me to be worth me trying to do my bit for the plant.
Nothing went right with the installation - it took them two weeks of pretty much daily visits to sort.
Then, when I was using lots of water, topping up almost daily, a cost I hadn't emvisaged, and numerous calls to sort, nothing. Not one courtesy call - just happy to take the significant amount of money up front.
Now its come to the annual service - firstly, no diarising to call to service from them, then when I chased and made an appointment, they didn't turn up.
Ring to find out what happened and its if I never ever contacted them. Next step, trading standards - don't bother with OFCOM, you can't complain to them.
Steer well clear of these people who wouldn't know what customer service is if they fell over it.
I would have given them no stars, but Google wouldn't let me
