Normally I dont like giving bad reviews but here we are,The customer service is horrendous basically they told me everything is fine on the car this and that but when I went in the showroom to collect the car I didnt feel welcomed at all then I went to see Derwyn who was meant to show me the car and everything but he kept looking at me up and down and asking uncomfortable questions so I said to myself lets just get thru it,done all the paperwork and then went to see the car and the front splitter on the car was broken and the bonnet paint is in bad condition we are talking about 40k car right I asked the manager if he can do anything about it then he goes take the car or leave it I felt speechless I took the car and left since I already went thru paperwork and finance

Had a great experience at Doncaster stratstone. I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Sebastian. His knowledge of the cars he sold was amazing clearly an enthusiast of motors. He couldnt do enough for me and found me exactly what I was looking for, he gave me options to try but didnt push me in any other direction just focused on what I was asking for and my preferences. The conversation with him was good and so easy to talk to and actually remember a lot that we spoke about and referenced these things when picking me a car that was right for me. Ive drove away today with a car I love and it couldnt have been easier or less stessfull. Thank you for your help Sebastian Youre a top lad and must be top seller at Doncaster. Recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a service. I dealt with the service manager. Vehicle came to me with oil splats all over the engine bay. Confronted the service manager who quite frankly doesnt know his a**e from his elbow, maybe his heads up there. Dont use this franchise!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My dad who is 67years old bought an BMW approved car from them and they took complete advantage of him. Before the sale they agreed to deliver the car to him on a transporter/flatbed, put a 12months MOT on the car, refurbish all 4 alloys and supply him mats with the car. The incompetence started when they had a delivery driver drive his car to him who turnt up unannounced, the car was absolutely filthy! There were no mats in the car, they didn't put a 12months MOT on the car and to top it all off, when my dad had the car cleaned, the paint came off the alloys after they had them reburshished! Absolutely shocking! It's been over a month of chasing up Sebastian and his manager Ben when finally they have agreed to do all the post sales work which they had initially agreed to, then to top it all off, Ben made it out that he was doing my dad a favour! How shameful! Ben didn't even offer anything for all the inconvenience caused. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST
