        I purchased my bike from DVC last year and it has been serviced there twice. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The service is first class. If I have issues, good advice is given. My bike is on the road frequently and I have no doubts about going there. Very happy and pleased.

        Excellent service -- my 4 year old 'Giant Roam 0' bike is restored to feeling 'as new' after the mechanics service to the gear change, adjustment, a new chain and new cables + general bike check.

        I needed to get two bikes to Canada for the summer. I thought that hiring bike boxes for six weeks would be prohibitively expensive. not from Don Valley Cycles!! They fixed me up with two top quality boxes to take on the flights for our MTBs for a very very reasonable cost. I thoroughly recommend you give them a call if you need to transport your bike!! Brilliant service.
