Forward Cycle Stores

I have used this shop for years. Gentlemen has always done a good job on my repairs. And I feel prices are reasonable. Gentlemen may not be very talkative but he does a good job of his work. I will be taking another bike this Tuesday to have some repairs done. And no doubt will do another outstanding job. Gentlemen is always busy. and I'm always happy with the outcome.

Wouldn't recommend going hear prices hight and would recommend the other bike shop fearthere up.

I wouldn't recommend this place! When i took my sons bike in for a puncture repair.. The owner sighed at me as if he didnt want to do it. I remained polite and said if you can't get it done for today i don't mind picking it up tomorrow. He informed me that it would have to be the next day but later on in the day as he had a bad hand. I asked the closing time and he told me 5pm but when i returned to the store at 3.30pm he was already closed! The man is an older man so im thinking the reason he didnt greet me with a smile could be anything.. he may have just lost his wife.. im also thinking he could have ended up in hospital or anything with his hand being bad.. again i don't know. However my son is Autistic and he doesn't consider these things.. he's having a major meltdown over the situation as he's been waiting all day to ride his bike! I wish the guy had just said he couldn't do it as theres another bike shop just up the road i could have gone to. He was also charging 10.00 for one puncture which i think seems a bit expensive. I think he just made the price up there and then! The worse thing is the store is also shut for the weekend so i will now need to wait until Monday to collect the bike
