Great staff very convenient it'll be sorely missed. Am considering moving banks as this is one of the best. Old folks see this as a life line. So why close this bank

Went in, their not taking cash, you have to use the machine, one is out of action, and the other one diddn't work properly, snotty woman on door, as always bad service, Ive had a current account for 10 years, in that period I have had 8 mortgages, non of them with the Halifax, because the service is so rotten.
