        I want to express my sincere gratitude to Andrea. She helped me in realising I had become a victim of fraud, and treated me in a professional and compassionate manner upon realising what had actually happened to me. Luckily I was able to get my money back and even though I felt so embarrassed and foolish she made me realise it wasnt my fault and helped me in getting my money back. I will be very indebted to her, thank you.
