One of the best places I've ever worked at as they put on lots of different fun events and I enjoy volunteering for some special events that happen there and all the staff, volunteers, trustees and artists are so friendly, inclusive, kind, caring, supportive and work so hard and they have such a lovely cafe that make the finest food and drinks ever and I love different exhibitions they put in the gallery every year

I started going to the Point pre Covid, to a help group for people with mental health issues like depression or anxiety, the group is called Creative Directions. It runs on a 6 weekly turnaround as in for 6 weeks you could be doing Art work the next 6 weeks you could be doing Percussion (drums etc). It helped me a lot. There are a lot of different groups all aimed at different people like teenagers, people who have dementia, younger children etc doing a wide variety or things from singing to playing ukuleles, art etc. They also have an art gallery where they show some wonderful art from around the world. The have a cafe. Toilets and everything is spotlessly clean. They have a Facebook page and Web page look for The Point home of darts. No its not a darts club lol. Its all disabilities friendly with lifts to all floors. Hope to see you there one day soon.
