        Do not even think of staying here. Despite confirming check in at 09:14 on 6th July I received a WhatsApp at 07:21 on 7th July saying there was no accommodation for me. No apology or explanation. Don't bother trying to call them as they do not answer any calls. Booking.com could not contact them either. Poor customer service!

        I wish I could review this property. We were very much looking forward to staying here as I remember the building when it was the Co-op. However, when we were on our way to Doncaster we received a message cancelling our booking with only 2 hours notice. Something about an alarm going off. Finding somewhere else to stay in Doncaster at such short notice was very stressful. I wonder if anybody else has had a similar experience with this company?
