- Today, when I approached the member of staff about the wrong order, which was meant to be a plain burger, and showed her my receipt and order, she was trying to prove me wrong but I proved her wrong by showing her all the burgers on our table none of which was plain.
- Despite getting the order wrong, the member of staff did not even apologise once.
