Terrible experience!!! Underhanded bidding activity they set the reserve high then you bid and they take your max bid and drop down the reserve to catch you instead of bidding up in increments of 10 be warned! So only bid last minute very poor! Phoned them up to check that a barrel of oil was full before I bid they said yes then got caught with there bidding reserve scam. travelled an hour and a half only to find half full barrel literally!! second item chain winch not there lost somewhere!! completed waisted day for 2 men diesel and still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later!! Could not care less about there customers, I've been buying at auction for over 30 years so definitely not a novice it's my living!!

Very poor auction house bided on one of their auctions. waited 2 weeks for the auction end date and at last minute they extended the auction changing the end date by another month.

August 2022. The address you are given is correct but 1. Google maps sent me to the back of the building, but on the wrong side of the fence 2. The sign for the estate name is hidden by bushes and 3. the building had no name on it. After phoning for clearer instructions, it was easy. The staff for collecting your goods - absolutely amazing and quick! Great experience all round.

Great company will be using them again. I had a small issue when collecting and took the wrong item. I guess I should have checked the serial numbers myself as well. But I can not fault them in getting the matter resolved. Highly recommend using them. Customer service is definitely above and beyond!
