TGI Fridays - Doncaster

Very bad service, they've been ignoring us throughout the night, didn't bus the table. Requested the check several times and have been left hanging waiting for it for ages. Also, the music was too loud even after asking to lower the volume, as we couldn't even understand eachother at the table.

First time we've ever been to TGI Fridays and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing, we were never left with an empty glass on the refills soft drinks. All staff were friendly. We will be visiting TGI again in future.

Terrible experience from the start. It took 20 minutes for anyone to come over to take our drinks and food order (after we asked), our food arrived later but still no drinks, my wife asked the only staff on the bar if she was the bar tender, and if she could make our drinks rather than keep mopping the floor as at this point we were noticeably not happy. We were asked how the food was but as the chips were cold and soggy, we were missing bacon, onions and tomatoes from the burgers and had to wait for drinks we said we werent happy and nothing was done the staff member walked away.we waited again to refill the drinks but no one came, we waited again for the bill but couldnt get anyones attention until asking for the manager. Her response was that there is a tomato shortageshe then asked for an apology for what was said to the bar tender at which point we walked out and she said dont bother complaining because I deal with the complaints. We were also told by the waiter that although the burger comes with bacon as per the menu, customers dont usually want the bacon so they just dont include it unless you ask. Hilarious response to a ruined evening its no wonder they have this score with service like that.
