        Difficult to deal with as a non customer. Neighbouring business is a client of theirs and had got approval for me to get cctv footage but each time I called I was met with blockers, despite their customer ringing me personally and saying Id just have to ring them and give them the time frame. I get there is GDPR to consider but Id had approval from their customer, it just felt like they were being awkward
