Wouldn't waste your time dealing with these guys. I booked a tower scaffold and was told to reply by text to book. They dont use emails. Because I ran out of minutes and texts on my phone I couldn't reply to the booking so naturally thought to use WhatsApp. They were registered on what's app but apparently don't use it. I then called on my daughters phone to confirm booking and was told they won't hire to me as I have too.many numbers. Pretty much said I was a pikey in his words not mine and that he'd rather the scaffold stay at home than hire to me. Disgraceful behaviour for a business. Just because i couldnt reply on my number. I'm stuck with a job to do tomorrow and no tower now.

Clicked on a Facebook advertisement to book a micro digger. Was then asked to text a number to book the micro digger We did this and because of a terminology issue theyve brought a mini digger which doesnt fit. Rang driver who was very rude. So rang office who were even worse. Wanted us to pay a full day hire plus additional fuel for them to turn up at 12:30pm and then collect at 5pm. Driver has taken away ID and refusing to bring it back. Absolutely shocking, never had worse customer service. They literally didnt even offer a solution. We understood that our terminology was the issue but as people that dont use this equipment day in day out. They have 0 consideration. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM!!!
