        My dogs have been groomed by jo on loads of occasions. They always look stunning when I pick them up. If theres any problems about anything shes always honest and tells me (like I need to groom them more and I cant disagree!) shes really patient with them. Ive heard her talking to the dogs when she didnt know and she has a gentle but firm/fair manner with them. My dogs always go happily and come out with tails still wagging. Thank you jo for your hard work. Xx

        We have been taking our Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Rusty, to Joanne for a couple of years now, she is great, always takes time to discuss the required grooming, and makes a fuss of Rusty, he always enjoys his grooming and looks fabulous when we collect him. We would/have highly recommended Joanne , cant imagine ever taking him anywhere else .
