Visited today with my mum we were looking for a place that we could try out prams and this was the perfect place ,we were welcomed by Debbie who is absolutely amazing couldnt have wished for better service. She went through everything with us couldnt do enough ! I left with my dream pram with the help from the amazing Debbie thank you soo much couldnt recommend this place enough.

Visited today feeling a little overwhelmed and not really sure what the hell I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding. You were left to your own devices to explore the prams on offer, however there was always someone there to ask for advice or help. Spent 2 hours in here taking down prams and trying out different settings. The lady we spoke with had so much patience and we never at any point felt pressured into buying anything. She seemed genuinely just interested in giving us honest reviews and helping us. Will definitely be back to order our dream pram. Great experience and thanks for all the helpful advice

Couldnt thank the ladies here at Direct2Mum enough for their help with choosing my pram. As a first time mum, I hadnt really much clue about the features of prams that are available out there, but after some time browsing, I decided on the Silver Cross Reef and the lady (I apologise I cannot remember name) helped show me all of the features this pram had to offer and all of the different bundles available and helped me and my partner select one based on our budget. All staff are so friendly and accommodating and do not push you to buy. The payment plan Direct2Mum has to offer is absolutely fantastic, it makes a big purchase like this as younger parents less stressful and a lot easier financially. Thank you again all at Direct2Mum, cannot wait to pick our little ones pram up in June

Honestly couldnt recommend this place more we had no intention of buying a pram on the day just wanted a look around however the team were so friendly and knowledge about all the prams, we didnt feel rushed or in the way and they didnt mind how many demos we asked for. Would definitely recommend, they also do a great deposit scheme which means its also affordable and manageable too!
