        I have had back issues for around 18 months and seen different physiotherapists and chiropractors with no progress and the same issues. Ruth managed to identify my problem and helped me get back on my feet and also explained to me how to manage any pain on the future. I have now near enough made a full recovery and Im back to playing sports like I used to. Can not thank Ruth enough for helping me and I highly recommend her.
