The Fairway Pub

Was a while when we stayed in this hotel, we had the bridle suite, it was a good size and very clean, bed was comfortable. We've dined here a few times, the food is ok but on one occasion my meal came out cold but they soon resolved this and brought me a hot fresh one, the prices are reasonable as well, good selection of drinks too.

Came here with my family for a family outing and the service and food was absolutely appalling never in my life have I known anything like it. Ordered food and when it came there was loads missing and most of it was freezing we sent it back and waited that long the rest of the food went cold, the gammon was that hard you probably could put a window through with it so we sent it back and asked for a manager. The manager took a good 20 minutes to come to us we addressed the issue there was no apology or anything. She was so rude it was unbelievable we requested a refund as we obviously never ate the food and to be honest it completely put us off ordering a replacement. She rudely and abruptly refused a refund and asked us to leave. We was completely and utterly gobsmacked we have never experienced service so bad. We was livid as its rare we get to see our family members and it just completely ruined our day. 1 star is way too good of a rating. The worst manager Ive ever come across she ought to be ashamed of herself. Would honestly recommend to avoid this place of your wanting a good experience. Absolutely disgusting.
