What a splendid job completed in double quick time by a large crew of workers who were a pleasure to have working on my property. The were polite and friendly completed the job without any delays and were quite happy to do the job as I wanted it. They went the extra mile for me and left the site clean and tidy. I was not in a position to be on-site all the time they were but I had no doubts that they would do a good job and leave the site as clean and tidy as they could after they had completed the job. I was not disappointed Thanks

These started off really well. I got in touch with Jack and he came around the same day and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. It basically went all down hill from there. I tried 3 times to get a start date to no avail and in the end my husband has to do it and finally succeeded. On the day of the work, Lucas and the team turned up and started instantly. They told me it would take two days which it did. They tidied up and I paid them and felt pleased until I looked closer and realised some places had been completely missed. I called Lucas and he came back around one evening to do the work. I was poorly so was in bed and they left without me knowing and when I came down to see what they had done, it still wasn't any better. We still have parts ground out but not re-pointed and still have parts that aren't even touched. We have since been in touch with Jack multiple times to get this sorted and was told he would come last Monday but no one has turned up so we give up and will do the work ourselves. Some if the work that was actually completed isn't bad at all, it just needs finishing and tidying up! We should not be having to complete work ourselves especially after paying thousands of pounds but feel we now have no other option.
