The accommodation is in a modernised farm cottage on a working farm very close to Wooler. Absolutely perfect surprisingly spacious cottage, spotlessly clean, modern, warm, comfortable with everything you need and a super friendly host who lives nearby. Very good bathroom (good shower!) and kitchen with everything included. Ample parking is available. Very safe area.
We had a 11 month old baby and a dog. Nothing was too much trouble with a travel cot and high chair supplied.
Would suit a variety of users including couples looking for a rural escape, families wanting to explore the local area, friends looking to take a break away from busy life and perhaps those looking for suitable wedding accommodation in Northumberland.
Absolutely 5 stars homely accommodation. Would book again without hesitation. No concerns recommending to others. I would imagine this cottage will be booked up quickly for Summer 2023.
