If I could give 0 starts I would! This company are absolutely shocking and I would never use them again. Skip paid for on drop off, was meant to be collected Monday it is now Friday and still waiting. Customer service is terrible and was spoken to very rudely over the phone, giving excuses as to why the skip hasnt been collected even though they are 5 days late. Im sure if the skip hadnt been paid in advance there would be no problems in them collecting on time. Really disappointing!

DO NOT USE This is the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever used. They are very quick to take your money but after that youre in trouble. We asked for our skip to be collected but they wouldnt pick it up, all they kept saying is it would be today but they didnt collect it and this happened every day for 1 week. The lady on the phone spoke to us like a piece of Sh*t, horrible person with no people skills.
