First time at the Swan. It was very busy and they sat us upstairs but completely forgot about us! We had to go and find someone to take our order, though they did apologise. Food took a little while to arrive but it was ok, decent portions, just typical pub grub. Definitely prefer their sister establishment, The Naylor's Arms at Borneheath.

Luke, the new tenant has made the experience of the Upton folk festival the most pleasant in years. He has bent over backwards to be both helpful and offered excellent food and drink at affordable prices. May his tenancy be both profitable and enjoyable, he well deserves the accolade.
