Our mostk recent visit to Hollyhocks cottage was 21st-28th May 2018. Thats me and my wife Vicky. The cottage is now quite familiar to us but never fails to provide a homely welcome. It sits in a quiet backwater spot within an unspoilt small village, which is close enough to many places of interest and is close to a pub/restaurant,excellent fish & chip shop and well stocked convenience store/Post Office. When we arrive, we start to relax and unwind straight away. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped and of course spotlessly clean. My wife and I are glad we found this lovely place and hope to return soon.

Hollyhocks is a delightful cottage and a perfect base for exploring the many sights of North Norfolk. This summer was out third year staying at Hollyhocks and we are already planning our next visit. The cottage itself is cosy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen and living room are spacious, the bedrooms are very comfortable and there's a lovely outside space at the front of the cottage to eat or just sit and read. The cottage is off the main road, so it's nice and quiet, but Docking itself is an ideal place to stay, with a late night Spar shop and a fantastic (and very popular) fish and chip shop. Best of all you are only a short drive from many wonderful sights and attractions, such as Brancaster beach (one of Norfolk's best beaches and only a ten minute drive), Hunstanton Sea Life Centre, Bircham Mill, Snettisham Park Farm and many, many others. All in all it's a perfect place to stay - kids love it and so do adults, we can't recommend it highly enough! JC
