I am deeply thankful that I found such an intuitive and understanding teacher to introduce me to yoga and in particular meditation. I have been to about ten yoga long weekends (in Aylesford) over the past few years and learnt so much it has encouraged me to create my own programme which I practise now on a daily basis. Rose-Marie is to be admired and greatly respected for her professionalism and insight into life experiences and has a wonderful, easy-going way of passing her experience on to other people - of all ages and types. I would not hesitate in recommending her offerings.

I have been with Rose-Marie's yoga class for a year, although I have been practising yoga for many years. Without a doubt this is one of the best classes I have attended. Rose-Marie is an excellent teacher and I love the fact that our class is not just about yoga, but also living healthily. The beautiful music played in class adds so much enjoyment to every session. Thank you Rose-Marie.
