As a first time mum I wanted to join a class that could help me find my inner calmness and make new friends that were expecting too.
I first had my class with Louise when I was 12 weeks pregnant and continued to go right up until bubba was due (2 weeks early). Pregnancy yoga helped me feel calmer, ease my anxiety and helped me during labour.
I then went onto baby massage and baby yoga with the girls that attended pregnancy yoga. We are still to this day great friends and babies have gelled together nicely.
Since the lockdown it's been very tough but having a whatsapp group with these women makes the days that little bit easier. We still continue to support, give advice and just keep in touch every single day.
