Ordered European oak nosing for stair cladding. Got nosing made of white American oak which differs from European oak. The return was not straightforward.

I purchased solid wood (European Oak) herringbone flooring. The assistance I received was first class, and especially being a lady that cannot use a measuring tape very well ! The quality of wood is excellent and I was able to lay the floor myself ! This was made easy as I received great technical support throughout. I cannot thank Lucas and Kevin enough for the first class support provided to me, and I now have a stunning new floor as a result. I would definitely recommend this company and consider them to be first class as my many questions was always answered, and whilst the experience was very professional it was also very friendly.
