We went to view used cars and was initially greeted by June who was friendly & a lovely character. She immediately made us feel welcome and makes a great coffee :) and we were amazed that she had been there for 16 years + (that's a lot of coffee).
I decided to test drive the Toyota CHR GR Sport Hybrid and was put in the hands of Jessica 'Jess' (Sales Associate). Jess has only been with Group 1 for a month, so the sale was overseen by Daryl (Sales Manager).
I cannot fault her help and guidance, Jess was professional and knowledgeable considering she has only been there a short time, I immediately felt at ease with her. Daryl was great & always on hand where some Sales Managers seem to hide away in their offices and you never get to see them, he filled in the gaps regarding the more complicated aspects of the vehicle when Jess was a little unsure, which is to be expected when your still training and such a lot to learn.
Jess kept me updated with all aspects of getting the car ready leading up to my collection on 4.3.2023.
I collected the vehicle on Saturday and Jess was there for the hand over with a colleague (Carl) and this was smooth and straight forward.
From start to finish the whole process was an enjoyable experience and I am very happy with my choice of vehicle.
June, Jess, Daryl and Carl, thank you for your help and guidance.
No hesitation in recommending the dealership!!
