        If your buying a car, they will fall over themselves to get in touch. If you want any follow up information, forget it. They arent interested I found defects in my paintwork after picking my car up and arriving home, emailed the guy in charge of my purchase. Nothing, absolutely zilch Rang twice last week to get information about the service supposedly put on the car at purchase. You guessed it. Nothing. Absolutely less than zilch Skodas, great cars, Vw finance, excellent.. dealerships in my experience is pathetic unless you are buying a car. Maybe all manufacturers dealerships are the same, who knows, I guess Ill find out with my next purchase, because it wont be Skoda
