        Do not recommend. Ordered a gift two weeks ago. Despite promising delivery within 6business days it still hasnt arrived and we have missed the recipients 60th birthday. Customer service exceptionally poor. They dont return calls and you nearly always have to chase them. Emails also go unanswered. They have sent us the fedex tracking number but then havent sent it. Im unsure if well ever receive the product. I think the refund will need to be chased through PayPal

I ordered 3 15 x 15 Woodpics for family and friends a few days before Christmas, the delivery was fast and reliable (Kent to Hampshire) and the gift wrap was lovely, the woodpics were very well received and appreciated at Christmas!!! The quality and detail is lovely, a real gem of a gift... So much so I will be ordering myself a couple of my own. Thank you so much WoodPic
