Oaks Pharmacy

I swapped pharmacies to have my prescriptions delivered to Oaks, as I had problem after problem with Sainsbury's larkfield and it was the best decision ever. The staff are so friendly and very helpful and today the lady that I spoke to went above and beyond to help me. I called this morning to see if my prescription was ready, but I needed to wait until after 11am as one of the items wasn't available. I had a call back just after 11am to say that it was ready. I never expected a call back and I didn't even give the lady my mobile number. I've never had this at any pharmacy before. I was even shocked when I called the line to actually have someone pick the phone up at the other end. I called on two occasions and both times I was able to get through. It makes such a difference actually having friendly and helpful staff and I would always recommend this pharmacy to others. Thanks so much for all your hard work Oaks Pharmacy.

Have used this chemist for years as has my doctors next door, always been amazing if iv ever had an issue they sorted it out very quickly and were friendly throughout. Great place
