        ...used to be good, but of late have been sooooooooo sloooooooow getting prescriptions together, and often items are having to be ordered in... A shame because the text service was really useful...

        Very bad service! Waited 15 minutes as second in line. The guy before me obviously longer! The one guy working at the back not even acknowledging us just sitting at his computer. Eventually saunters over and helps the first in the queue. Told him to come back in 15 minutes for his prescription and then proceeded to start preparing that prescription, wandering around SLOWLY and aimlessly and again sitting on his computer. The queue is now 6 people deep and Ive already been waiting 20 minutes without even being acknowledged at all. I was on a time limit and had to go without getting my kids antibiotics! Very poor service. Unnecessary rudeness, slowness and laziness. I work in a busy referral hospital and in the busy pharmacy, its not that hard to multitask getting meds/prescriptions ready!
