Zoe has been the best groomer we have found for our little pooch. He was incredibly nervous after a bad experience but Zoe put him at ease from his first appointment. He even gets excited to arrive now. He always comes out looking so smart, and smelling incredible! Plus she even manages to trim his nails which is a miracle. We are so sad Zoe moved further away, but know she will be a blessing to the doggos of Suffolk !

Can not recommend Zoe enough! Reggie is a very nervous dog and will not anyone clip his toenails, Zoe over time has built up trust with him and is able to clip them which for us is massive! Shes so kind & honestly couldnt think of anyone I trust more than to leave Reggie with. He may go there begrudgingly but always comes out happy and smelling the best. Thank you!

Took my Labrador Ozzy for a de-shed pamper, he had a full bath & blow dry nail clip, ear clean and a good de-shed brush and came out smelling amazing. Zoe has such good patience with the doggies, definitely recommend.

Zoe is the loveliest lady with a huge love for dogs, I have taken my puppy to her for all of his grooms and wouldnt take him anywhere else, we always leave with her homemade treats which Eric loves! Thankyou

Kylo visited the Pampered Pooch Hut for his first puppy grooming session at the start of Feb. Given hes not keen on baths at home this was a major success - wash, dry and even a little clip and he smells amazing! Zoe did an amazing job of settling Kylo for his first visit given he can be a nervous little pup sometimes! We cant wait to book back in! Thank you! X
