Would thoroughly recommend Victor as a PA. I am an older women, who has always been reluctant to exercise. I tried going to a gym, but could never motivate myself. Victor is very personable and enthusiastic, always punctual, and brings all equipment to my home. He plans a different programme each week, building up my strength and stamina. The program is therefore never boring or repetitive. He gently encourages to gain maximum effect. I am exhausted and exhilarated after each session, which is great as know it is doing me good and working. The great thing is I am now exercising on my own throughout the week. My body shape is also changing, another bonus.

Victor is an amazing PT. Ive been struggling in a few areas along with a number of small injuries, and he has helped me improve dramatically. If you dont enjoy exercise, Victor is the right PT to help you. He pushes me to reach my maximum output in all sessions, but at the same time ensures I am smiling and actually enjoying the workouts!! He is a huge motivator and his positivity is infectious. I now love working out and trying new things in the gym that I would have never done before meeting him. Thank you!!!

I decided to contact Victor as I was in need of some direction with my training and goals I wanted to achieve. As a circus artist it's important that I maintain equal muscle build and that I stay on track with things like cardio. I have always struggled with my own personal workout routines and Victor sat down with me and paid a lot of attention in our consultation to my goals and what I wanted to get out of training with him. Victor made me my own personal workout routine and constantly changes it up to prevent boredom and to make sure I'm constantly hitting all my targets. He pushes very hard and doesn't take "I can't do it" for an answer, he's also very good at noticing if a particular workout is not intense enough for me and he will up the intensity. I would 100% recommend contacting Victor for all your personal training needs, he does not clock watch and makes sure that you warm up before the time with him and stretch afterwards (if you know what you're doing) so that it does not take up any of the time with him that can be used for valuable training! Also, he's an extremely pleasant and inspiration person to be around in general... You will not regret booking him!

Victor made me my own personal workout routine and constantly changes it up to prevent boredom and to make sure I'm constantly hitting all my targets. He pushes very hard and doesn't take "I can't do it" for an answer, he's also very good at noticing if a particular workout is not intense enough for me and he will up the intensity.
I would 100% recommend contacting Victor for all your personal training needs, he does not clock watch and makes sure that you warm up before the time with him and stretch afterwards (if you know what you're doing) so that it does not take up any of the time with him that can be used for valuable training! Also, he's an extremely pleasant and inspiration person to be around in general... You will not regret booking him!
