Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Larkfield Sainsburys

I had to come and leave a review because the staff are SO nice. I came to my eye test with a toddler which isnt very easy - but everyone was kind and so patient with us. I then had an issue with my card that took a few seconds to sort and the lady dealing with us was so patient and didnt make me feel rushed or like I was being a pain and I appreciate that a lot. I went back a second time to choose some glasses and I look forward to collecting them

Staff really helpful and friendly eye test went ok but new lenses have not worked repeat eye test carried out but would only fit lenses to one pair of my two new pairs of glasses if new lenses work second pair will be fitted second eye test found person testing my eyes awkward asking many irrelevant questions and at times contradicting what had been said on first test was told on first test had start of cataracts in one eye second time was abruptly told they are in both eyes so one or both i am confused if second set of lenses do not work i will be seeking a refund and trying another opticians.

Friendly staff and good service. Went in for eye test and new glasses. Test was very professional, but sales assistant was a bit pushy, never gave me the options on my varfaciols, which I ended up paying for the most expensive, not realising there was more choice. will definitely be asking in future.
