        Horrendous. Would give it zero stars. I doubt they could even get drunk in a brewery. You can never get an appointment when you call every day (up to an hour waiting on the queue), you can't pre-book an appointment and then you need to be psychic to know when equipment has been fixed to then call them - why not contact those waiting when you get the machine working? When you do go in face to face to try and get a resolve (a pointless exercise) - it's like the Mary Celeste and no urgency. Register at a vets, you'll get better treatment there - you just have to grow your hair long and stick on a tail.

        The doctors are good that I've had but who ever came up with idea you can only call up for appointments in the morning has a lot to answer for! It can literally take weeks to get an appointment and I have to keep calling up all morning to finaly get through just for the receptionist to then tell you the limit of patients has been reached for the day and I'll have to start all over again tomorrow, couldn't be anymore frustrating!! The receptionist can also be rude at times and doesn't have many answers (or find them out) they just repeat themselves to the surgery's countless unhappy patients instead of making positive changes! Update It's just as bad as always and now the doctors have changed the one I last see was so rude and just felt like I was being a nuisance being there and she showed no empathy what so ever! My old Doctor was great she was really kind so now the receptionist are better but the doctor I see it felt like she didn't want to be there what so ever and she was just so rude I actually can't believe she can be a doctor with that attitude! Also I just love ringing up and getting to number 2 in the que after 45 mins then the line goes dead and this has happened quiet a few times what a shambles!!
