        Everything was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are now no courtesy cars available. Which for working people is massively inconvenient. But the people were lovely as ever!

        I purchased my mini from this garage. Although the car has been unlucky for me the service I have received from the service team has been great! Mike Noris is the stand out guy and has always tried to help me and goes above and beyond. I recommend anyone who has a mini to use this garage for their service requirements. I was even given the option to split the cost of my repairs over 6 payments and this has helped me immensely. Thank you Mike & Arden team

        Love the fact that this is a MINI only branchrather than sharing with BMW. They really understand MINI owners and our little eccentricities. Full disclosure - there were a few issues with the work that was carried out but this wasnt the fault of the dealership and they rectified them all in record time. And more than compensated for the slight inconvenience. My Mini is now bigger and better than before and all the Team (especially Chloe) need recognising for that. Dont hesitate to take your car hereby far and away the most reliable dealership around.
