        An absolute farce of an organisation. Sat on my equipment, which I had sent in for an annual service, for a month, before then announcing they themselves were going to do absolutely nothing with it and were going to send it to its manufacturer. Why they didn't simply tell me to post it direct to the manufacturer direct instead is beyond me. Avoid using at all costs.
