        Wish I had gone to a more tech savvy and forward thinking underfloor heating specialist. The smart app is like an unfinished GCSE project not what youd expect from a big player. Its embarrassing and as we are looking for smart options to cut down on heat use -this wont help as cuts out and is glitchy. Terrible. We have learnt nothing in this country about efficiency. Well done brexit

        Their drivers are so rude,aggressive and inconsiderate. Last week a Polypipe ( 10 ton) lorry delivering to a nearby builders merchants parked outside my house totally destroying the grass verge. The driver was rude and confrontational. A call to their HQ ( transport dept) was wholly unsatisfactory and a follow up email was not much better. Looks like I shall drag them thru the county court to cover the cost of relaying the verge ( approx 500) !!!
