Doves Funeral Directors

Mum's funeral was managed sensitively and with care by Jennie at Larkfield branch. Communication was easy by telephone, face to face and email. I've always felt mum has been looked after well. Thank you for easing a very hard process.

Organising a funeral for your loved one is very difficult but Doves Larkfield where great. The day my brother and I went in to sort out mum's funeral Jenny was absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, very pleasant and warming. Jenny had so much compassion, empathy and was very caring made the whole situation so much easier. The actual day came and Matthew the Funeral Director arrived with mum and was very calm and comforting and explained what was going to happen with compassion. The whole day was beautiful and mum would have loved every minute. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an amazing and beautiful day from start to finish. Great service provided by Jenny at Larkfield couldnt have been anymore helpful during such a difficult time. Chris and his team of pall bearers were just so respectful on the day. I would highly recommend the team.

Jennie at Larkfield was amazing. Helping us through what became far from the normal when it came to our Mums funeral. She kept us updated of everything and called just to check we were ok. Chris and his team on the day of the funeral were kindness itself. Cant fault the service we received. Grateful thanks. Highly recommend.

It goes without saying that funerals are not a pleasant experience. But we are glad that we used Doves to deal with all of the arrangements. From our first meeting with them, through to the funeral itself, they were very professional and respectful from start to finish.
