I am disappointed with this company I have had two deliveries from them and it's been shocking way they delivered it, they couldn't gain access to my flats so they open my kitchen window and just threw my parcel in Breaking My cups and stuff but I've tried to reporting this but I can't get through to no one, very bad company very bad customer service change their name, from Hermes to evri still the same in irresponsible delivery drivers they've got and if I don't hear from him saying that I'm taking it further

Parcel misdelivered. Delivery person left in unsafe place at wrong address. After complaint to Evri they admit all that and that the parcel is lost: they then tell me to take it up with the business that shipped the goods through them. A business that fails to take responsibility for its incompetent actions. Deserves a minus rating.

Arranged for delivery to be made at one of a number of possible collection points offered by the vendor, selected a local mall. Received an email that delivery was attempted but was not possible as I was not in, bearing in mind no one lives at the mall. There was no available number for the depot so went there in person. Spoke with a friendly member of staff who informed me that the delivery would be made next day. Next day came and went and received no notification whatsoever of the whereabouts of the goods paid for. Went back to the depot two days later and was informed the courier service would call me that day to organise delivery. No phone call but received a message at 7pm that delivery had just been made at the mall. This was a Sunday, when the mail closes at 4. Went to the mall the following day. No delivery. Back to the depot. Informed it was being recognised as an incident but I had to register it online. Reluctantly did this and was informed that the case had been looked into but the courier had now forgotten about it so I had to go back to the vendor. Went back to the vendor and was offered to be made a new delivery to my home. They confirmed they would be using hermes again. Once bitten twice shy, so I asked for a full refund instead but was informed by the vendor this couldn't happen because I hadn't bought the item via eBay despite buying the item through eBay and was then informed that I couldn't expect a refund because I had taken delivery of the item. It felt like it was going nowhere so went directly to ebay and received a full refund in two days. Conclusion, i will try to avoid Hermes in the future. But this won't always be within my control. Changing a brand name doesn't necessarily equate to an improvement in working practices.
