Southcot Dentalcare

Last week, I had my first check-up, at this clinic, with Dr Patel (if I am correct, I am so bad with names, apologise if I got it wrong). Needless to say that I get anxious about going to the dentist, but He was Great!! Made me feel so comfortable, patient, asked all the right questions, explained few things to me and we had few laugh too. Well at least I did. I will definitely book with this clinic again when I need to. Oh wait, I haven't finished yet. Reception staff are great too (I didn't forget about you, wink wink ) talked few time on the phone and they are patient and courteous. Thank you

Terrible they booked me with the wrong dentist and I had another appointment booked on the following Friday and they had booked me in for the Thursday. Literally the worst dentist ever if you want good service and reliability then don't book here.

I havent visited a dentist in twenty years and have to confess I was scared. Tim and Nicola though have seen me through three extractions and got me back on track whilst I cant say I look forward to visiting the dentist it no longer fills me with dread. If you are of a nervous disposition put yourself in the hands of the Southcot team and see how their professional and friendly approach can make a difference. Thank You!
