I visited the hygienist (Jess) this week for a teeth clean. I get super nervous of the dentist and normally avoid at all costs but Jess and her assistant Ashley, were so calming and friendly, it really put me at ease, and made me feel relaxed about going again, which is such a huge relief. The clean was brilliant and pain free and Jess also gave me some great tips for oral hygiene moving forward. I cant rate them highly enough. I wont be nervous to go next time and for me, thats a real step forward.

I have been a patient at SmileShines Greenacres / Willows for well over 20 years, they have always been great but I wanted to write a review today because I have recently had Enlighten whitening done - I am so glad I did, it was worth every penny. So impressed with the owner who responded beautifully today when I asked for his opinion on a recent filling, outstanding customer service and patient care - highly recommended. Receptionists always greet me by name and are always friendly and welcoming.

I will start by saying Im a nervous patient and coming back to the dentist after 7 years has been a challenge for me but Dr Hussam is the most amazing dentist Ive ever came across. You feel instantly comfortable. He is so kind, caring, attentive, explains everything hes going to do and always checks if you are ok. The nurses are equally as lovely as are the reception team, Jo is so kind and always manages to sort you out. Dr Hussam is a gentleman who genuinely does his job because he cares about your teeth and you honestly wont find a better dentist. Im in the middle of my treatment with him but I feel so much more at ease and actually, its a joy to go and see him as he is so chatty and friendly. My entire family go to him and we all think and say the same.. so Dr Hussam if youre reading this, thank you and the team for all of your continued help and support with our teeth, from the Godbold family XX
