        Nothing makes your heart sink more than realising that the compnay you have purchased from has decided to use Yodel as the delivery company. I am currently watching the app show 'the driver' going either side of my location and know that it won't get here but torturing myself all the same.

        Yodel left my parcel on the doorstep without informing me, didn't try to hide it or leave it with neighbours so it was quite obviously stolen. When contacting them for help I was told to "download the app to be sent pictures of the drop off in the future". Absolutely furious at the lack of care and how little was done to try and set the situation right
