        Place is a joke. Took day off work Friday, they attempted delivery at wrong address. So today, Monday, I sat IN MY CAR PARK for an hour. Only to sit there and watch the delivery driver take a picture of the car park then drive off. Didn't attempt no delivery at all. I then complain but they refuse a re-delivwry for today. Requested the depot to call me back. I've now just sent thst request for the 2nd time because the 1st they've ignored. Now have had to take 3 days off work for my phone which will probably cost me my job. Thanks DPD. Outstanding performance as always.

        What makes this service very good and useful is that the driver is normally the same guy in my local area. So has good knowledge of the safe places and delivery is on time and successful every time whether Im in or out as a result.

        Worst company and a bunch of liars delivery was meant to be coming 24th then they messed it up was meant to be coming 25th the manager at Maidstone was lying saying its out for delivery but the drivers device was not working and scanning when In fact it was still at their warehouse depot then DPD customer service say their is no name on the package as label was not printed and had to contact my supplier but the supplier did have my name on and now having to wait for the 26th possibly 27th cos of this bunch of lying thieving company
