Hard to find location, even harder to find the staff that operate the building. Once located I went in and could of walked out with half it contents before a member of staff appeared. And with a rather appalling attitude to match was all together a place I would rather not go back too.

FedEx were very helpful at the collection point but rubbish in explaining how I could track my item. I had to work it out for myself and after 2 failed attempts to deliver my item I went in person. Come on FedEx get your act together and explain how to track, then we can meet driver's at the door. Collection is why I gave 5 stars

Yesterday at 8:30 there were a series of loud thuds and ringing of my door bell when I open the door and politely greeted an oversized individual stood Infront of an unmarked dirty white transit van and who's appearance bore no form of identification as to who he was and where he was from as well as the individual appearing inebriated. didn't not even acknowledged my greetings but retorted " I have passport -give me name". As I was indeed expecting my passport, I obliged by giving my full name. This individual then proceed to DEMANDED I gave him my date of birth which I refused to given. He then kissed his teeth turned away and said I take back to office and drove away. When I called the passport office to complain they told me to call TNT to complain. I did twice and spoke to one of most self absorbed, rude and disgusting individual from beautiful New Castle or did not know delivery procedures and was quick to tell me the courier had a right to ask my DOB and he could open the envelope to verify , she immediately changed her position when challenged. The courier also LIED that he attended to deliver my passport but I was not in. Nothing about his interaction with me. If in fact he attempted to deliver and I was not able where's the card he left? I can't believe this is what' FEDERAL EXPRESS has come to. I hope I will NEVER have to use them as there are far more competent courier service available. After much back and forth and complaining to HPO I called back TNT and spoke to KEVIN HALL that ooze professionalism and competence I was stunned. He should be made director of customer service and client relations. I think his skills are being waited at TNT. THANK YOU KEVIN HALL for the calm, polite engaging, proficient and professional manner in which you dealt with the issue yesterday.

I am totally devastated and traumatised with this experience The company was supposed to deliver my BRP, I wasnt there so the driver signed under my name and it was reported delivered, I tried to call the customer service and they were extremely rude to me and not even trying to understand the problem to help me out and 3 of them hung up on me while I was explaining. I still havent received my BRP and I missed my flight and missed a very important family emergency back home. This should be escalated legally, I cant believe how this company is treating its customers like insects as they just dont get bothered
