        On time collections, the service is open and honest and theyre a genuinely great team of lads. Any problems Ive had, have been resolved quickly and promptly.

        The branch constantly misses collections, then when you ring up and try to rearrange the customer service can not get hold of anyone in the branch. I get told that someone will call me back and they never do. Not even the Area Manager is contactable to find out what is going on. When I request that I would like to cancel the contract because they are not fulfilling their side of the agreement, the only person who can cancel it is the Manager of the Maidstone branch, who nobody can get hold of!

        Encountered one of there vans on the road today. The driving of the driver were beyond terrible. He cut me up on a round about, him being in a filter lane for the opposite direction, I had a van full of workers and had to take evasive action to avoid a collision. I followed him towards petersfield, where I can only guess he had faulty indicators. The last 3 digits of the number plate were LVL. I hope his management read this and pull him up on his poor ability to drive.
