        They were decimated by sickness this morning and I really felt for Irene who was struggling with two members of staff who seemed to have no concept of clearing queues. Several orders were incorrect as the girl on the till became flustered. We use this branch regularly the staff are almost always excellent and they have a right to have a bad day but their establishment seems too low for a Sunday and one sickie makes a huge difference. Our drinks and food when they came were the usual high quality and I hope Irene gets a well deserved break later. Same again this morning should be 6 only 2 in 4 off sick. Still got a smile.
