Heart of Kent Hospice shop

The rudest people that I have ever come across . I dropped off a small bag of items to be told very rudely that you have to book stuff in . Ive never heard of this before and explained I wasnt aware of it . The lady rudely took my bag of me which was an effort and said next time come earlier . It was 3.40 and closes at 4pm . Not one thank you for the items that I donated or anything . I will never set foot in there again which is a shame as its a fantastic charity

From Purchasing to delivery i cannot thank Them Enough, I have social anxiety + disabilities, however I was treated by the staff with such a high degree of service that is rare to find in some other shops. Thankyou Plus a massive thanks to the delivery guys for their politeness, their honesty and kindness This is a shop that that still has that human feel and good quality products from clothes to furniture. I am looking forward to visiting again soon...
