        Terrible customer service provided by this company. Paid to have the materials delivered to my property and the delivery guy refused to unload the pallets on his tail lift as the pallets was too heavy. Asked my wife where my forklift truck was. Its a residential property I don't have a folk lift. Delivery driver left with my materials. Now requesting I pay expensive delivery charge so they can send someone out with the delivery driver to manually unload the pallets onto the public footpath and not onto my concrete driveway. Avoid this company and their delivery system.

        I rang in to buy paint. They said they would call back to create account and to go through a local distributor for the first order. There was no call back to set up the account. The distributor respond to the order request which I chased by email and phone.
